The Croft is situated by the lake about 3 km of forest by road from the farm. From the croft you have a view of the lake which is about 120 meters away. The croft has been used as a summer residence since the middle of the 50 century but has much history since several hundred years. Here you are out in the silence and can enjoy it in many different ways. Out on the lawn there are outdoor furniture and on the small porch there is a smaller furniture. The old basement has been given a new area of use in serving as a pleasant place for socialising. We have built a lantern with a light pervious ceiling for cozy late summer evenings among other things. Should be experienced! It is a shallow sandy beach so children can swim. A gravel road leads to the jetty, where there is a rowing boat that is part of the Stughyran. At the jetty there is a wooden deck with a seating piece to enjoy the beautiful evening sun. If the children have a lot of swimming toys with them or if you have a heavy kräftfånst, you can take the car to the lake. Fishing is in Svartvik outside the jetty.

When renting the Hultestad cottage it is possible to include the newly renovated barn. The barn offers nice areas for socialising and if you open up the double doors you have a view of the courtyard and the lake while eating. The barn also has sleeping facilities with two bedrooms which doubles the accommodation capacity at Hultestad. Perfect for the close to nature crayfish party with friends. There is also a small pub area in the barn.

The cottage is beautifully situated by the lake about 3 km forest road from the manor house. From the cottage there is a view of the lake, which is about 120 meters away. The cottage has been used as a summer residence since the mid 50's but its history runs several centuries back. Here, you will find yourself in a quiet place that can be enjoyed in many different ways. On the lawn there is garden furniture and on the small front porch you will find a smaller seating group. The old underground storehouse has been converted into a nice place for socialising. We have built a roof lantern letting in natural light for cosy late summer evenings among other uses. Should be experienced! The sandy beach is shallow making it very child friendly. A dirt road leads to the bridge, where there is a rowing boat included in the rent. At the bridge, there is also a wooden deck with furniture to enjoy the beautiful evening sun. If the children carry a heavy load of bath toys or if the cray fish catch is too large there is parking by the lake as well. Fishing is in the bay Svartvik just off the pier.

There are nice spaces to socialize and if you open up the double doors you look out over the Tunet and the lake during the meal. There are also sovmöjligheter in two bedrooms that extend the capacity of the room to double on the Hultestad. Perfect for the nature crayfish party with friends. Crayfish party can be finished in the pub which is also available here.
